Cancellation, Refund and Replacement Policy

Cancellation of Order

1. Order cancellation at ampkart.com is allowed within 2 hours of placing the order.
2. Send an email to info@ampkart.com with your order number to ask for cancel and refund of the order.
3. Orders once placed on ampkart.com are final and can not be canceled after 2 hours for any reason.
4. Management reserves the right to cancel the order based on stock availability and any other reason management deems fit.

Replacing Defective Item

1. If an ordered product is not in good condition, defective, damaged, tampered, or different from what was ordered, the item can be returned in its original condition with original packaging, bill, price tag intact, warranty cards, user manual, and accessories.
2. Email us at info@ampkart.com along with your order number to raise the replacement request.
3. When the returned products reach us and get approved, we will replace the defective products with fresh products.
4. The exchange of the product will completely depend on stock availability, and in cases where the exchange is not possible, we will refund you the item amount.
5. All replacement requests must be informed within 48 hours of receipt of goods; otherwise we will not be liable for replacement.

Returning / Exchanging an Item
