Shipping & Delivery Policy
We deliver material all across India using shipping aggregator Shiprocket, which has tie-ups with multiple courier companies such as Xpressbees, FedEx, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shadowfax, and others.
Delivery is free on all orders placed online.
All deliveries must be signed when received.
Store pickup is available from our Kolkata location with ID and authorization verification.
Shipping and fulfilment
- Customers can also pick up ordered items from our store at 22, Rabindra Sarani, Shop #258, Tiretti Bazaar, Kolkata, West Bengal - 700073.
- We request valid ID and authorization when collecting your items from the store.
- Delivery time depends on your location. Generally we endeavour to supply ordered goods within 3-8 working days.
- If any product runs out of stock or becomes unavailable, we will communicate by email with a revised delivery schedule or alternative options.
Transit and tamper handling
- Delivery transit times may vary due to reasons beyond our control because we use third-party courier companies.
- Ampkart is not liable for any loss arising due to delayed delivery or non-delivery by courier companies.
- Customers are requested not to accept any tampered package from the courier.
- If you suspect tampering, refuse the delivery, take a photo, and inform us immediately so we can take action with the courier partner.
Cash On Delivery
- Ampkart currently does not offer Cash on Delivery or Pay on Delivery options for any order.
- Only prepaid orders are accepted.
Ampkart reserves the right to cancel and refund, if applicable, any order at its sole discretion if the product or technology is getting obsolete or its availability becomes scarce. For example, CFLs or PLC lamps may become available for a short period and then remain unavailable for extended periods.
